A clear version of the booking structure used by the reference site, adapted for CROWNED VISUALS.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Late arrival can reduce shooting time and may require a fee or cancellation depending on how late the session begins.
Rescheduling
Contact CROWNED VISUALS as early as possible if you need to move your appointment. Studio bookings may require additional notice because the studio reservation may also need to be changed.
Locations
You may request a location or leave the field open for suggestions. Some indoor spaces are privately controlled, so access cannot always be guaranteed. Travel outside the normal service area may require an additional fee.
Studio Sessions
Studio availability is separate from photographer availability. A studio session is final only after the studio time is confirmed.
Photos & Editing
Delivery timing, image selection, included edits, and rush-edit options are confirmed with your package. Final galleries are delivered digitally after any required balance is completed.

FAQ
What if I do not have a location?
Leave the location field blank or write that you need suggestions. You can finalize the location after your booking request is reviewed.
Do you help with posing?
Yes. Sessions can include posing and direction so you are not left figuring everything out on your own.
Can I request a custom shoot?
Yes. Choose Custom Booking and describe the concept, event, number of people, and any special requirements.
Can I request faster edits?
You can mark a rush-edit request on the booking form. Availability and any added cost are confirmed before the request is accepted.
